1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 9awn ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 9awn platform — including the website, mobile application, or any of our gaming and sports betting services — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply alongside the Privacy Policy and any additional terms specific to particular promotions or game categories. In the event of a conflict, the more specific terms for that area of the platform will apply.

If you are accessing 9awn on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and all references to "you" apply to both of you.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To open and use a 9awn account, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years old. 9awn strictly does not permit persons under 21 to register or play. Age verification may be required at any stage, and failure to pass verification will result in account suspension.
• Location: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting are legally permitted. 9awn's services are directed at players in the Philippines.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and not be restricted from doing so by any applicable law or court order.
• One account only: Each player is permitted a maximum of one active account on 9awn. Opening duplicate accounts — whether intentionally or otherwise — is a breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date personal information during registration and keep that information current. Providing false details is grounds for immediate account closure.

3 Account Responsibilities

Once your 9awn account is open, you take on the following ongoing responsibilities:

• You are solely responsible for all activity carried out using your account credentials, whether or not you authorised that activity.
• You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any other person. 9awn will not be liable for losses caused by unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• You must notify 9awn immediately if you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without your permission.
• Your account is for personal, non-commercial use only. It may not be used on behalf of a third party or as part of any commercial gambling arrangement.
• You must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification before your first withdrawal. 9awn may also request verification at other points as required by our internal compliance procedures.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 9awn are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). No currency conversion is applied — your account balance, deposits, and withdrawals are all in ₱.

• Accepted payment methods include Philippine online and mobile banking, bank transfers, and supported local e-wallets. Payment method availability may vary; current options are displayed inside your account.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. 9awn does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• Withdrawals are processed to the verified payment method on your account. Processing times vary by tier and payment method; VIP members may receive priority processing.
• 9awn reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before releasing a withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and compliance measure, not a penalty.
• Deposited funds held in your 9awn account are not interest-bearing. Balances are not insured deposits in the banking sense.
• 9awn does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as payment methods for deposits or withdrawals.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity on 9awn. Category-specific rules (sports betting, live casino, fish games, eBingo, etc.) are detailed within each section of the platform.

• A bet is only confirmed when you receive an explicit confirmation from the platform. An unconfirmed bet is not binding on either party.
• 9awn reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event with obviously incorrect odds due to a technical error or data feed failure. You will be notified and your stake returned.
• If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the applicable settlement window, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules vary by sport and are published within the sports betting section.
• Live in-play bet acceptance is subject to market availability and real-time conditions. 9awn cannot guarantee that every live betting request will be accepted during fast-moving events.
• Game outcomes on 9awn are determined by the relevant game engine or official event result. 9awn's decision on the settlement of any disputed outcome is final once the applicable review process is complete.
• Any attempt to exploit technical glitches, errors in odds, or any form of systematic abuse of the platform's systems will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any affected winnings.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

9awn periodically offers bonuses, promotional credits, cashback, and other rewards to players. The following general rules apply to all such offers unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Specific bonus terms — including any wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry conditions — are communicated at the time each promotion is offered. Always read those specific terms before opting in.
• Bonuses are issued to eligible accounts at 9awn's discretion. 9awn reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time.
• Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or any method intended to extract bonus value without genuine play — is a breach of these Terms. 9awn will void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is identified.
• Players who have self-excluded or set deposit limits under responsible gaming tools may have some promotional offers restricted or disabled.

7 Account Security

9awn uses SSL encryption across all connections and requires OTP (One-Time Password) verification for sensitive account actions including withdrawals and certain login scenarios. Despite these protections, account security also depends on your own behaviour.

• Use a strong, unique password for your 9awn account that you do not use on other platforms.
• Never share your OTP with anyone — 9awn staff will never ask you for your OTP code via any channel.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Report suspicious account activity to 9awn support immediately through live chat inside your account.

8 Suspension and Termination

9awn may suspend or close any account — with or without advance notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification when requested.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any form of collusion or cheating.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions raised against 9awn by the account holder.
• At the account holder's own request — for example, as part of a self-exclusion under responsible gaming.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where closure is at the player's own request with no outstanding issues, remaining balances will be processed through the account's verified withdrawal method after applicable verification steps.

9 Responsible Gaming

9awn is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports player wellbeing. The platform offers tools to help players manage their activity, including deposit limits and self-exclusion options, accessible from within your account.

• Age restriction: 9awn is strictly 21+ only. Registration by persons under 21 is prohibited and any such account will be closed immediately upon discovery.
• Gaming on 9awn is for entertainment. It should never be used as a way to recover financial losses or as a source of income. No outcome is guaranteed.
• Players are encouraged to set a budget before each session and treat that amount as entertainment spending — separate from money needed for everyday expenses.

10 Limitation of Liability

9awn provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to ensure continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events outside our control may temporarily affect availability.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 9awn's total liability to any player arising from their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant claim.

9awn is not liable for losses arising from a player's own misuse of the platform, failure to comply with these Terms, or decisions made based on incorrect information provided by the player.

11 Privacy and Data

9awn collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of your agreement with us. By registering, you consent to that data processing as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data provided during registration and KYC is used to verify identity, process transactions, manage your account, and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12 Changes to These Terms

9awn reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via your registered account email or an in-platform notification before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the 9awn platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should close your account before the changes take effect.
